# UniOne > A free macOS app for University of Sydney students: classes, every deadline with its weight, AI rule and extension window, slides beside notes, spaced revision, and Ori: a study workspace whose projects work in a folder of the student's notes, and a companion in the MacBook notch. It reads Canvas from the student's own Mac with their own token, so the Canvas token never leaves the laptop. Not affiliated with the University of Sydney. ## Pages - [UniOne](https://unione.study/index.md): what it does, band by band, with the questions people ask - [Setup and help](https://unione.study/setup.md): install, create an account, connect Canvas and the timetable, forgotten passwords - [Privacy](https://unione.study/privacy.md): the six places UniOne sends requests, what each is sent, and what the account server keeps ## Facts - Platform: Macs with Apple silicon, macOS 13 or later. Free. Beta. - Download: https://unione.study/get. Current version and file size: https://uniplus-site.vercel.app/latest.json (the download key). - Accounts: email and password, stored as a scrypt hash. The address is confirmed, and a forgotten password reset, with a 6-digit code emailed from hello@mail.unione.study through Resend (US). Josh can still make a one-time reset code by hand. - AI: optional, on the student's own Anthropic key, with a preview of what is sent and a switch to turn it off. - Ori's workspace: projects in folders inside the notes folder, uploads, artifacts beside the chat (documents saved as Markdown, flashcards to Revise after approval, study plans to the calendar), and a memory the student can see, edit and delete. Writes only on Save, never over a file. Incognito chats are never saved.
